3xj Network Server - Legal
The 3xj Network Server (SERVER) is the property of 3xj Digital Solutions Inc. (3XJ). By selling service on the server, in no way does 3XJ sell rights to the source code or any aspect of the SERVER. 3XJ reserves the right to change functionality, and prices for the SERVER.
Monthly service payments must be paid yearly to 3XJ before access to the SERVER unless alternate payment schedule is authorized by 3XJ. Cancellation of service mid-year may incur a penalty at 3XJ discretion.
Use of the SERVER may vary by Internet Browser. For maximum functionality on a Microsoft Windows computer use Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. On a Mac OS computer use Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or greater.
3XJ is not liable for the
use of the SERVER by the client. The client is expected to use this service
in accordance to Canadian Law.
