Microsoft certifications are awarded after completing various Microsoft developed examinations based on their technologies.

The Director of 3xj Digital, Justin Heatherington, possesses three Microsoft certifications in programming. The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential is awarded to professionals who have the skills to successfully implement Microsoft technology as part of a business solution in an organization.

The two other main certifications awarded to the director of 3xj Digital are Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).

The MCDBA credential is for design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft SQL Server databases.

The MCSD credential is for designing and developing business solutions with Microsoft development tools, technologies and platforms.
